Use it in your business.

The Playbooks are free. They are still copyright. Here is what you can and cannot do with them.

You can

• Download, print and keep both editions.
• Edit the Word files. Put your business name on the cards, checklists and forms.
• Use them with your drivers, staff, supervisors and managers inside your own business.
• Read the toolbox talk to your team.

You cannot

• Sell them, or include them in anything you sell.
• Republish them, on a website, a group, a drive or a course platform.
• Share the files with people outside your business. Send them here instead. It is free for them too.

Before you rely on it

The Playbooks are general information, not legal advice. They do not cover Western Australia or the Northern Territory, where the Heavy Vehicle National Law does not apply. Check current requirements with the NHVR before acting.
